Resolution Appropriating Funds from Capital Reserve to Municipal Building
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has deemed it necessary to
appropriate funds; and,
WHEREAS, the side entrance doors to the Municipal Building require replacement, and funds
are available in the Capital Reserve Fund; and,
NOW, THERFORE it be RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia,
sitting in regular session on this 17th day of January 2023, that the following appropriation is
approved.
REVENUE APPROPIATION
FROM Capital Reserve (10.78.02.5804) $30,000.00
TO Municipal Building (10.79.16.7701) $30,000.00
This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 17th day of January 2023
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
Gregory C. East- Aye James A. Radcliffe- Aye
Jeremy L. Clark- Aye G. Tyler Clontz- Absent
Brooks R. Dawson- Aye Michael P. Reis- Aye
