Appropriation of Funds from the General Fund Unrestricted Account
to the Restricted Fund Account for UDAG
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to facilitate the relocation of a business into the town,
and
WHEREAS, providing gap funding will insure its relocation, bringing additional jobs,
NOW, THEREFORE it be RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 7t' day of March 2023 that the Town Council authorizes
the transfer of $250,000 from the General Fund Unrestricted Account to the Restricted Fund
Account for UDAG.
REVENUE EXPENDITURE APPROPIATION
FROM General Fund Unrestricted Account $250,000
TO Restricted Fund $250,000
for UDAG
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7t" day of March, 2023 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski as follows:
