Community Project Funding Request to the House Committee on Appropriations
WHEREAS, the Town has been advised by Congressman Griffith of the opportunity to submit
to a Community Project Funding Request to the House Committee on Appropriations, and
WHEREAS, infrastructure needs are eligible for consideration and the town's 100+ year old
water system and deteriorating water lines need replacement and the town's needs financial
assistance to correct these deficiencies,
NOW, THEREFORE it be RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski that it
endorses the filing of an application with the House Committee on Appropriations to address our
critical infrastructure needs.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7th day of March 2023 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
