Resolution Appointing Tim Hale as Building Official
WHEREAS, the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) requires that every local
building division have a building official, appointed by the local governing body, as the
executive in charge of the division; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Tim Hale, due to his experience has been adjudged qualified to both meet the
position requirements of and perform the duties of the Office of Building Official for the
purposes of administering the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and the Code of
Ordinances, Town of Pulaski, Virginia.
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 21St day of March 2023, that the Town Council hereby
appoints Mr. Tim Hale as Building Official for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia effective April 1,
2023.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 21St day of March 2023 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
