Property for Sale; 321 Maple Street
WHEREAS, after holding a duly advertised public hearing for the disposition of public
property,
NOW, THEREFORE it be RESOLVED, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski does
hereby accept the offer to sell 321 Maple Street which was constructed under the ARS program.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of May 2023 by the
duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
