Rezoning Properties on Washington Ave from I-2 Industrial District to B-2
General Business District
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the best interest
of its citizens and determined after a review of the Planning Commission's recommendation and
after a public hearing, that it is in the best interest of the community and consistent with the
public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practices, to rezone tax parcels
072-51-33-14, 072-51-33-10, 072-51-33-8, 072-51-33-6, 072-51-33-2, and 072-51-34-2 from I-2
Industrial District to b-2 General Business District
NOW, THEREFORE it be ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in a special session this 19th day of May 2023 rezones tax parcels 072-51-33-14, 072-51-
33-10, 072-51-33-8, 072-51-33-6, 072-51-33-2, and 072-51-34-2 from I-2 Industrial District to
b-2 General Business District
The ordinance shall be effective immediately upon adoption on this 19th day of May 2023 by the
duly recorded voice vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
