Resolution Adopting Water Rates for FY 2023-2024
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the effects on
its residents and the budget for water services; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that operating costs to the Town for water
services are increasing and that adjustments to charges for water service are justified and
consistent with the public interest;
WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted a noticed public hearing on May 16, 2023 concerning
proposed increases for water service, wherein no comments of the public were made;
NOW, THEREFORE be it ORDAINED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 6'" day of June 2023, that the schedule of charges for
water service by the Town of Pulaski shall be as set forth in Attachment- A Resolution 2023-22
titled Town of Pulaski Water Rates for FY 2023-2024 attached hereto and expressly made a part
hereof as if set forth herein;
This ordinance shall be effective July 1, 2023 and is hereby adopted this 6`" day of June 2023 by
the recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
