Resolution Adopting Funds for the Water Fund
Capital Improvement Plan
WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski annually adopts a five-year Capital Improvement Plan,
WHEREAS, a summary of the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 was published for
informative and fiscal planning purposes, as well as to give notice of a public hearing
subsequently held May 16, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, Pulaski Town Council has conducted the public hearing in which no public
comment was made,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 6th day of June 2023 that the proposed Water Fund Capital
Improvement Plan, as summarized by category in Attachment A -Resolution 2023-24, titled
Town of Pulaski Water Fund Capital Improvement Fund attached hereto and expressly made part
of this resolution, is hereby adopted.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 6th day of June 2023 by the
duly recorded by of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
