Resolution Revising Pay and Classification Plan
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia wishes to adopt a 5% increase
to the and classification plan to attract employees and retain current employees in the
competitive job market.
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 6th day of June 2023 that the proposed Classification Plan,
as summarized by category in Attachment A -Resolution 2023-28, titled Classification Plan
attached hereto and expressly made part of this resolution, is hereby adopted.
This resolution is effective July 1, 2023 upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 6th day of June
2023 by the recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as set forth
below.
