Appropriating Funds to the IRF Grant Brewery
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has deemed it necessary to
appropriate funds to the Great Wilderness Brewery Project through the IRF Grant and,
WHEREAS, the appropriation was published for informative purposes, as well as to give notice
of a public hearing subsequently held August 1, 2023,
NOW, THEREFORE it be RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session on this 15th day of August 2023, that the following
appropriation is approved.
REVENUE APPROPIATION
FROM DHCD IRF GRANT $750,000
TOWN OF PULASKI $25,000
PULASKI COUNTY $25,000
COUNTY EDA $25,000
TO IRF Grant Brewery $825,000
This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 151h day of August 2023 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
Gregory C. East- Aye James R. Radcliffe -Aye
Jeremy L. Clark- Aye G. Tyler Clontz- Absent
Brooks R. Dawson- Absent Michael P. Reis- Aye
