Resolution Appropriating Virginia Department of Health Grant Funds
WHEREAS, the town has received notification of a grant/loan award from the Virginia
Department of Health, and
WHEREAS, said funding packet is for a lead service line inventory and replacement,
NOW, THEREFORE it be RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session on this 5th day of September 2023, appropriates the following:
From
Virginia Department of Health -
$750,000
To
Lead Service Line Inventory- $250,000
Lead Service Line Replacement-
$500,000
This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 51h day of September 2023
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
