Appropriating Funds from the Virginia Department of Health
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has deemed it necessary to
appropriate funds; and
NOW, THEREFORE it be RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session on this 19`h day of December 2023 that the following
appropriation is approved:

Virginia Department of Health Water Treatment Plant Backwash System

This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 19`h day of December 2023
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski as follows:
