RESOLUTION 98-22
HONORING
GERALD E. BOLEN
•
WHEREAS, Gerald E. Bolen has served honorably on the Town Council of the Town
of Pulaski, Virginia from April 1, 1997 to June 30, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Bolen served on the Ordinance Committee, the Finance Committee and
the Human Resources Committee; and,
WHEREAS, During his service, Mr. Bolen has dealt capably with numerous complex
issues and public projects affecting past, present and future Town residents; and
WHEREAS, As a member of Council, Mr. Bolen served all citizens of the Town with
fairness, honesty, kindness and respect.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session on July 7, 1998, that the Town Council should and
hereby recognizes the significant and lasting contributions of Mr. Bolen to the citizens of
the Town of Pulaski and commends him for his dedication and years of service.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted by recorded vote of the Town
Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, on this 7th day of July, 1998, as follows:
