- RESOLUTION 99-1
HONORING
FRANCIS C. TERWILLIGER
WHEREAS, Francis C. Terwilliger has been Town Attorney of the Town of Pulaski since
1984; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Terwilliger is relocating to Charlottesville, VA; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Terwilliger is held in high esteem by his peers in the practice of
Municipal Law in Vuginia; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Terwilliger served the Town faithfully with fairness, honesty, integrity,
and outstanding professionalism during his tenure with the Town.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session on January 19, 1999, that the Town Council should and
hereby recognizes the significant and lasting contributions of Mr. Terwilliger to the Town
of Pulaski and commends him for his dedication and public service.
• This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted by recorded vote of the Town
Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, on this 19th day of January, 1999 as follows:
