HomeMy WebLinkAbout99-05• RESOLUTION N0.99-5 AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1998 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1999 WHEREAS, after the adoption of the budget for Fiscal Year 1998-1999, it has become necessary to amend the budget; and WHEREAS, the original adopted budget figures, amended figures and reasons for the amendment are listed in Attachment A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in regular session on February 16, 1999, that: ecti n 1. The proposed budget, as amended, be and hereby is approved as the Budget for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 1999, in accordance with Section 15.2-2503, et seq., of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended. e ti n 2. In conjunction with the approval of said budget and capital improvements program, the following appropriations be and hereby are approved for the fiscal year (Attachment B). This resolution is effective upon its adoption, and is adopted this 16`'' day of February 1999 by recorded vote of the Town Council as follows: James M. Neblett Absent W. Edgar Hale A~.g Lane R.
