RESOLUTION 99-34
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF PULA,SKI AND
APPALACHIAN POWER COMPANY PROVIDING FOR STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, there was this 5~' day of October, 1999, presented to Council a proposed
agreement between the Town of Pulaski and Appalachian Power Company providing for
street lighting, dated July 29, 1999 as set out in said proposed agreement; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said proposed agreement are agreeable and
acceptable to Council.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by Council of the Town of Pulaski:
1. That said agreement be and it hereby is approved and accepted and that Dr.
John A. Johnston, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized to execute and deliver
said agreement on behalf of the Town of Pulaski; and,
2. That Patricia Pendergrast, Clerk, be and she is hereby authorized and directed
to affix the seal of the Town of Pulaski to said agreement and attest the same.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted by recorded vote of the Town
• Council of the Town of Pulaski Virginia, on this 5~` day of October, 1999 as follows:
