CONDEMNATION OF NEII, A. HUCKSTEP PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia has considered and determined that
the public safety and convenience and the public good necessitates requiring sewer replacement
on the property of Neil A. Huckstep within the limits of the Town of Pulaski; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by Town Council in regular
session that Council does authorize and approve the proposed public use of the Huckstep
property, identified on the Tax Maps of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia for the public purpose of
sewer replacement.
THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Attorney is hereby
directed to acquire an easement to the property known as the Neil Huckstep property and
identified on "Map of Easement To Be Acquired By Town of Pulaski From Neil Huckstep", and
attached hereto, for the public use expressly approved by adoption of this resolution and to
proceed by condemnation as permitted by law.
This Resolution is effective as of May 1, 2001 and is adopted this 1~ day of May, 2001.
