WHEREAS, V'ugitia's First Regional Industrial Facility Authority and New River
Valley Airport Commission have determined that an exchange of parcels of land is in
keeping with the public imerests; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the public interests to explore and weigh the
advantages and disadvantages of the proposed exchange of land parcels; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of Pulaski
sitting in regular session that a public hearing be held on June 26, 2001 upon the
completion of advertisement in a newspaper of local circulation as required by law:
