RESOLUTION 2001-27
Regarding the Pulaski 2020 Transportation Plan
•
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt by resolution the Pulaski 2020 Transportation Plan;
and,
WHEREAS, the development of the Pulaski 2020 Transportation Plan included several
coordination meetings with members of the project team and local staff; and,
WHEREAS, a public comment meeting was held by Pulaski Town Council on
October 2, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia, at its regular meeting on this 6`h day of November, 2001 that:
The Pulaski 2020 Transportation Plan dated October, 2001, developed by the
Transportation Planning Division of the Virginia Department of Transportation in
cooperation with the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway
Administration and the Town of Pulaski is adopted as presented and will serve as a
planning tool for transportation improvements.
This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 6t" day of November, 2001
by the following recorded vote:
