TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT BETWEEN
TOWN OF PULASKI AND JOHN HAWLEY
•
WHEREAS, Pulaski Town Council adopted Resolution 2002-15, appointing john
Hawley as Town Manager and Council deeming it to be in the public interest and general
welfare; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved that Town Council sitting in special session
does hereby adopt and authorize the execution by appropriate Town Officials an
Agreement dated the 17~' day of June, 2002, setting forth terms of employment by and
between the Town of Pulaski and John Hawley.
This Resolution is effective immediately upon its passage.
