RESOLUTION ADOPTING AGREEMENT WITH FORMER TOWN MANAGER
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2002 Town Council sitting in regular session did adopt
resolution 2002-14; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved that an agreement between the Former
Town Manager, Gary Slander and the Town of Pulaski dated June 4, 2002 is hereby adopted,
subject to obtaining signatures of the parties.
This Resolution is effective immediately upon its passage.
