RESOLUTION 2002-23
HONORING DANIEL TALBERT, JR.
WHEREAS, Daniel TalberE has served FaithFully and honorably on the Town
Council oFthe Town oFPulaski, Virginia From February T, 2000 to June 30, 2002;
and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Talbert served on the Finance Committee, Human Resources,
Ordinance, Public Operations, and utilities CommifEees; and,
WHEREAS, During his service, Mr. Talbert has dealt capably with numerous complex
Financial issues and public projects aFFecting past, present, and Future Town residents;
and,
WHEREAS, As a member oFCouncil, Mr. Talbert served aII citizens oFthe Town with
Fairness, honesty, kindness, proFessionalism,and respect.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council oFthe Town oFPulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session on July 2, 2002, thattheTown Council should and
• hereby does recognize the signiFicant and lasting contributions oFMr. Talbert to the
citizens oFthe Town oFPulaski and commends him For his dedication and years of
service.
This resolution is adopted by recorded vote oFthe Town Council oFthe Town of
Pulaski, Virginia, on this 2^d day oFJul y 2002 as Follows:
