A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO
J.B. BRILLHEART, JR.
FOR THIRTY YEARS SERVICE TO THE TOWN OF PULASKI
WHEREAS, J.B. Brillheart, Jr. was recommended by Town Council for appointment to
the Town of Pulaski Board of Zoning Appeals on May 1, 1973; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Brillheart, faithfully executed his duties as a member and vice-chairman of
the Board of Zoning Appeals until his retirement from the Board on January 5, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Brillheart has been noted for his courtesy and fairness in assisting
Town residents in dealing with the complex and complicated issues brought before the
Board and his willingness to render voluntary service to the Town as a Board member
for thirty years;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 4th day of February 2003, does hereby extend the
sincerest thanks and appreciation, on behalf of the citizens, Town Council, and Town
staff of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, to J.B. Brillheart, Jr. for his thirty years of
• dedicated, faithful service on the Board of Zoning Appeals.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 4th day of February 2003
by recorded vote as follows:
