RESOLUTION 2003-18
A RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION AND APPRECIATION
to
VIRGINIA KELLY MacNEAL
for
HER SERVICE on the ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to publicly recognize and commend citizens who have
contributed to the life of the Town through the voluntary giving of their time and talents; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council further recognizes the long hours and persistent effort that is
required of citizens who volunteer their services to assist the Town with difficult issues and
major undertakings; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Virginia Kelly MacNeal has given of her time and abilities to assist the Town
with several major projects which have become permanent fixtures in the life of the community;
and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Virginia Kelly MacNeal has also served the Town as a member of the
• Architectural Review Board, contributing her considerable expertise and knowledge of the Town
and its history to the preservation of the community's past,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia,
sitting in regular session this 7'" day of October 2003, that the Council extends its sincerest
thanks and gratitude on behalf of the Town and its citizens to Mrs. Virginia Kelly MacNeal for
her efforts to improve the life of the community for her service on the Architectural Review
Board.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 7'h day of October 2003 by
recorded vote as follows:
