UDAG GRANT TO GLOBAL CONTACT SERVICES, LLC

WHEREAS, THE Pulaski Town Council has considered and is committed to the revitalization of
Downtown Pulaski, Virginia and the creation of jobs therein as a means of accomplishing that goal; and
WHEREAS, Global Contact Services, LLC proposes to lease a downtown building for three (3)
years and create job possibilities for Pulaski and area citizens; and
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session on November 11, 2003 that:
A grant of $312.50 from UDAG funds be made to Global Contact Services, LLC for every new
job that is created at the call center at the Advanced Healthcare Services, Inc. building or other property
approved by the Town Manager. The total number of such grants shall not exceed 150 over a maximum
period of three (3) years ftom the date of this ordinance.
This Resolution is effective immediately upon its passage, this 11~' day of November, 2003 by the
duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski as follows:
