RESOLUTION 2004-13
RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE GOVERNING AND ADMINISTRATIVE
COMMITTEE FOR THE CANDIDATE FORUMS

WHEREAS, the Town Council desires that citizens be both informed of the issues
affecting the life of the Town and participate in public discussions of these issues; and
WHEREAS, the Greater Pulaski Alliance is involved and committed to promoting the
Town for the benefit of the citizens and the community at large;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session on April 6, 2004, that the Board of the Greater Pulaski
Alliance is hereby appointed as the Town's governing and administrative committee for
the "Council Candidates Forum" event scheduled for April 20, 2004 and for the "Mayoral
Candidates Forum" event scheduled for Apri127, 2004.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 6th day of April 2004 by
vote of the Town Council as follows:
Jeffrey S. Worrell -Aye Pauline G. Mitchell -Aye
Kenneth M. Fleenor -Aye Bettye H. Steger -Aye
E.G. Black, Jr. -Aye John T. Bolen -Aye
James M. Neblett, Jr. -Aye
