RESOLUTION 2004-16
APPROVING A BUDGET, ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS AND OTHER
RELATED MATTERS FOR THE TOWN OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2004 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2005
WHEREAS, the Town Manager has presented to Pulaski Town Council a proposed
budget for Fiscal Year 2005; and,
WHEREAS, a summary of the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2005 was published for
information and fiscal planning purposes as well as to give notice of a public hearing
subsequently held on June 1, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, Pulaski Town Council has considered public comments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session on June 1, 2004, that;
1. The amended proposed budget, as summarized by category in attachment A titled
Town of Pulaski Adopted Annual Budget FY 2004-2005; attachment B, titled Capital
Improvements Plan, FY 2004-ZOOS to FY 2008-2009; and attachment C, titled Town
• of Pulaski Department and Budget Narratives FY 2004-2005; is hereby approved.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 1St day of June,
2004, be recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, as follows:
