RESOLUTION 2004-22
MODIFYING UDAG GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski has considered the benefits to its
citizens and the general welfare of the public that would accrue from the addition of the
Redevelopment and Housing Authority to the list of favored projects for UDAG loans within the
Town of Pulaski; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski in
Pulaski, Virginia, that the existing UDAG Guidelines, a copy of which is attached hereto and
expressly made a part hereof, be amended as follows:
"E. Favored Projects
5. Loans to the Redevelopment and Housing Authority
that stimulate investment in and revitalization of Downtown."

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 6~' day of July,
2004, by recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, as follows:
Bettye H. Steger -Aye Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
John T. Bolen -Aye Jeffrey S. Worrell -Aye
Lane R. Penn -Abstain Daniel Talbert, Jr. -Aye
