TOWN OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA
RESOLUTION 2004-32
AUTHORIZING THE LEASING OF POLICE DEPARTMENT VEHICLES
•
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski has determined that it is in the
best interest of the citizens of Pulaski and the general health, safety and welfare of its citizens to
lease needed police vehicles; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia that the Town Police Department is authorized to lease four (4) police vehicles
upon terms and conditions consistent with Exhibit "A" attached hereto and expressly made a part
hereof as if set forth in its entirety herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
that the funds are obligated for the fiscal years 2005 through 2008.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5th day of October,
2004, by recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, as follows:
