RESOLUTION 2005-19

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO APPLY FOR FINANCING
FOR SITE DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski has engaged in the preparation of a site at the Pulaski
Business Park for the purpose of accommodating new industry and the Town Council of the
Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the health, safety and general welfare of its citizens
with respect to the site preparation, the cost thereof, its financing and benefit to the community;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia that the Town Manager be authorized to apply for bond and/or other financing to pay
for the site development costs in the amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) and necessary
associated costs.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5th day of April, 2005, by
recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, as follows:
