A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
FOR THE TOWN OF PULASKI
WHEREAS, Section 6.05 of the Town Charter requires submission to Town Council afive-year
capital improvements program containing information necessary as required by general law and
permits revision and extension of the document each year with regard to capital improvements;
and
WHEREAS, Section 6.07 of the Town Charter requires publishing a general summary of the
capital program and a notice stating the times and places where copies of the program are
available for public inspection and the times and dates for a public hearing on the capital
improvements program; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia conducted a duly noticed
public hearing on July 5, 2005 on the capital improvements program document titled "Town of
Pulaski Capital Improvements Plan FY 2005-2006 to FY 2009-2010 wherein the comments of
the public were received as required by Section 6.07 of the Town Charter;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
• sitting in regular session on July 5, 2005, adopts as the Town's Five Year Capital Improvements
Plan the document attached hereto and entitled "Town of Pulaski Capital Improvements Plan FY
2005-2006 to FY 2009-2010. "
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 5th day of July 2005, by recorded
vote as follows:
