A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT AMENDING THE FUNDING OF THE RATCLIFFE MUSEUM
WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously authorized the application for funding
from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for the Raymond F. Ratcliffe
Memorial Museum,
WHEREAS, it has become necessary for certain amendments to the original agreement
to be initiated and executed according to the guidelines established by VDOT;
NOW, THERFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 5th day of July 2005, that the Town Council does
hereby authorize the Town Manager to execute the attached "Transportation
Enhancement Program Amendment to Project Development and Administration
Agreement by the Town of Pulaski for the Ratcliffe F. Memorial Museum Project EN99-
125-114, PE101, RW201, C501 (UPC 51990).
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5th day of July
2005 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council as follows:
