A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT AMENDING THE FUNDING OF
THE IRON BRIDGE BIKE AND WALKING TRAIL
WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously authorized the application for funding
from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for the Iron Bridge Bike and
Walking Trail, and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary for certain amendments to the original agreement
to be initiated and executed according to the guidelines established by VDOT,
NOW, THERFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 5~" day of July 2005, that the Town Council does
hereby authorize the Town Manager to execute the attached "Transportation
Enhancement Program Amendment to Project Development and Administration
Agreement by the Town of Pulaski for the Iron Bridge Bike and Walking Trail, Project
EN03-125-101, PE 101, RW201, C501; (UPC 70299).
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5"' day of July
2005 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council as follows:
