Resolution 2005-32
Authorizing the Opening and Closing of Accounts for Operations
Involving the Town Budget
•
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski have considered the need for fast and
efficient financial operations in the Town Administration and deems such to be consistent with
the health, safety and welfare of its citizens; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski that the
Town Manager and the Town Finance Department shall have the authority to open and close
banking and investment accounts as necessary for normal operations involving the Town Budget.
This resolution is adopted and is effective upon adoption the 5th day of July, 2005 by recorded
vote as follows:
Jeffrey S. Worrell -Aye Lane R. Penn -Aye
Dan Talbert, Jr. -Aye John T. Bolen -Aye
Bettye H. Steger -Absent Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
