RESOLUTION 2005-37
RESOLUTION APPOINTING TOWN REPRESENTATIVES AND
ALTERNATES TO THE
PEPPER'S FERRY REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Town of Pulaski has been a member of the Pepper's Ferry Regional Wastewater
Treatment Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority") since its inception, and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to maintain its representation with the authority through the
appointment of representative and alternates to Pepper's Ferry,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 4th day of October 2005, that in accordance with the By-laws and Articles
of Incorporation of the "Authority", the Town Council hereby appoints the following persons as
representatives and alternates to the Pepper's Ferry Regional Wastewater Treatment Authority for the
following terms:
William D. Pedigo Appointed to finish term for John Johnston expiring 12/31/05
Appointed for full term expiring 12/31/08
. Lane R. Penn Appointed to finish term for Jim Neblett expiring 12/31/07
Jeffrey S. Worrell Appointed as Alternate for Lane R. Penn -term expiring 12/31/07
John T. Bolen Appointed as Alternate for William D. Pedigo -term expiring 12/31/08
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 4th day of October, 2005 by
recorded vote of the Town Council as follows:
Jeffrey S. Worrell -Aye
Daniel Talbert, Jr. -Aye
Bettye H. Steger -Aye
Lane R. Penn -Abstain
John T. Bolen - No
Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
