• RESOLUTION 2005-45
ADOPTING CONTRACT BETWEEN CGI COMMUNICATIONS, INC. AND
THE TOWN OF PULASKI
WHEREAS the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has determined it
is compatible with the health, safety and welfare of its citizens to promote the Town of
Pulaski through video, banners and other media means; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia, that the contract between CGI Communications, Inc. and the Town of
Pulaski is hereby approved in the form acceptable to the Town Manager and substantially
represented in the agreement, attached hereto and made a part hereof, as Exhibit A and
the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute same.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 15'h day of
November 2005, by recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, as
follows:
