• A RESOLUTION HONORING GERALD CLARK
FOR SERVICE TO THE TOWN OF PULASKI
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia desires to recognize and
express its appreciation to those persons who have given of their time and talents in service
to the Town of Pulaski; and
WHEREAS, Gerald Clark served as a member of the Town of Pulaski Board of Zoning
Appeals for seven years from September 15, 1998 to October 15, 2005; and
WHEREAS, as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, Mr. Clark was known and
appreciated for his faithful attendance and the concern and dedication with which he served
and addressed the many and complex matters brought before the Board; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Clark was also known for the good humor, and the kindness and courtesy
that he showed to fellow Board members; to the staff; and to the citizens that he worked to
serve; and
WHEREAS, the work of Gerald Clark as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals made a
significant and positive contribution to the life and welfare of the citizens of the Town of
Pulaski;
• NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
assembled in regular session this 24th day of January, 2006, that the Town Council extends
its thanks and appreciation to Gerald Clark for his seven years of service to the citizens of the
Town of Pulaski, Virginia as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals,
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 24th day of January,
2006 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
