The Town of Pulasla certifies that the funds shall be used in accordance with the requirements of Secvon
58.1-638.AA of tb~e Code of Vtrginiati that the PUBLIC BODY will provide funds in the amount of
560,600.00, whicA will be used to match the statt funds in the ratio as roquirod in such Act, that the rocurda
of reccipta pf expenditures of funds granted the PUBLIC BODX may lx subject to audit by We
DE!'ARTMP.NI' and by the State Auditor of Public Accounts, and that funds granted oo the PUBLIC BOAx
for defrnying the expenses of the PUBLIC ]DORY shu11 bo used only for such purposes as authorized in the
