RESOLUTION OF GOVERNING BODY OF
Town of Pulaski
•
The goveming body of the Town of Pulaski consisting of
~ members, in a duly cal ed meet ng a on the 2na day of
May , 200 6 at which a quorum was present RESOLVED as follows:
BE IT HEF~EBY RESOLVED that, in order to facilitate obtaining financial assistance
from the United S#ates of America, acting by and through the Rural Housing Service, an
agency of the ~ United States Department of Agriculture, (the Govemment) in the
development of a Rural Development grant to serve the community, the
goveming body does ere yy a opt an are y the covenants contained in the
agreements, documents, and fom~s required by the Govemment to be executed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Manager of the
Town of Pulaski be authorize to execute on behalf of the
Pulaski Police De artment the above-referenced agreements and to
execute suc of er documents inc uding, but not limited to, debt instruments and security
instruments as may be required in obtaining the said flnanciai assistance.
This Resolution, along with a copy of the above-referenced documents, is hereby
entered into the permanent minutes of the meetings of this Boacd.
