RESOLUTION 2006-19
RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND FUNDS
TO THE HARDIE CAPITAL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town Council having received a recommendation from the
Administration for the transfer of funds from the General Obligation Bond to the Hardie
Capital Project; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council reviewed the Administration's recommendation in a
public work session held August 15, 2006, and instructed staff, on the advice of the
Town's legal counsel, to prepare the appropriate documentation to facilitate the transfer
of funds;
NOW THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 5th day of September 2006 that the following
transfer of General Obligation Bond funds to the Hardie Capital Project are hereby
authorized:
1. Transfer of $43,216.76 from the Sewer Line Repair Account,
#217916.7030, to the Hardie Capital Project.
2. Transfer of $67,532.76 from the Skateboard Park Account,
#107916.7104 to the Hardie Capital Project.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5th day of
September 2006 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
