RESOLUTION 2007-01
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS INTO THE
TOWN STREET SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Town Staff has reviewed the construction of new streets in the Town of
Pulaski and has determined that these streets having met applicable VDOT standards,
may be integrated into the Town's existing street system for Town ownership and
maintenance; and,
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 9th day of January 2007 that the Town Council
accepts for Town ownership and maintenance the following streets:
(a). Kensington Lane (0.11 miles) as shown in Exhibit, 1 attached hereto and
made expressly part of this resolution.
(b). Wilshire Lane (0.09 miles) as shown in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and
made expressly part of this resolution.
•
(c). James Hardie Way (0.43 miles) as shown in Exhibit 3A and Exhibit 36,
attached hereto and made expressly part of this resolution.
(d). Wurno Road Extended (0.11 miles) as shown in Exhibit 4, attached hereto
and made expressly part of this resolution.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 9th day of January
2007 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council as follows:
