• APPOINTMENTS TO THE
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia established the Town of
Pulaski Architectural Review Board by ordinance dated January 6, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the best interest and the general
welfare of the citizens of the Town of Pulaski, to appoint citizens to serve on the
Architectural Review Board;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia that those persons whose names are hereinafter set out, be and they are hereby
appointed as members of the Architectural Review Board to serve the terms indicated and
to expire upon the date set opposite their names or until their successors are appointed
and duly qualified as follows:

Thomas A. Douthat, Jr. Four Years May 1, 2011
Pam Austin Four Years May 1, 2011
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 1st day of May 2007
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council as follows:
Jeffrey S. Worrell -Aye Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
Dan Talbert, Jr. -Aye David L. Clark -Aye
Lane R. Penn -Aye Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye
