APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
AND THE
PULASKI REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the citizens of the
Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various committees and boards of the
Town; and,
WHEREAS, various citizens have consented to serve on the Industrial Development Authority and the
Pulaski Redevelopment and Housing Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in
regular session this 21st day of August 2007 that the following persons are appointed to the Industriaf
Development Authority of the Town of Pulaski for the indicated terms expiring on the dates as follows:
James Holiday 1-year term August 21, 2008
Clark Payne 1-year term August 21, 2008
Mike Crabtree 2-year term August 21, 2009
Ron Hall 2-year term August 21, 2009
Robert Bopp 3-year term August 21, 2010
Layne Burcham 3-year term August 21, 2010
FURTHER, that the following persons are appointed to the Pulaski Redevelopment and Housing
Authority for the indicated terms expiring on the dates as follows:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 21st day of August 2007 by the duly
recorded vote of the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
