RESOLUTION 2008-06
APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBER TO THE
CEMETERY TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council has been notified that a citizen has consented to
appointment to a vacancy on the Board for the Cemetery Trust Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 1 st day of April 2008 that Janet Johnston is hereby
appointed to the board of the Cemetery Trust Fund for a one year term commencing on
April 1 2008 and expiring on April 1, 2009.
• This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 1St day of April
2008 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:

Dan Talbert, Jr. -Aye
Lane R. Penn -Aye
Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
