RESOLUTION N0. 92-1
APPOINTING MEMBER OF
THE PEPPER'S FERRY WASTEWATER TREATMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, by prior resolution of the Tawn Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, Ira S. Crawford was appointed as a member of the Fepper's
Ferry Regional Wastewater Treatment Authority to a term to expire on
December 31, 1992, and James M. Neblett was appointed as his alternate
with a term to expire on December 31, 1992.
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Mr. Crawford, it is now necessary to
appoint a member to fill the unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that Don E. Holycross be, and hereby is,
appointed to fill the unexpired term as a member of the Pepper's Eerry
Regional Wastewater Treatment Authority beginning January 21, 1992, and
expiring on December 31, 1992.
This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 21st day
of January, 1992, by unanimous vote of the Town Council of the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia.
