RESOLUTION N0. 92-9 OF COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of Pulaski County
(the "Authority") has approved the issuance of its $2,025,000 Medical
Facility Mortgage Revenue Refunding Bonds (Medical Facilities of
America, XIX-FHA Insured Project), Series 1992A and its $90,000 Medical
Facility Mortgage Revenue Refunding Bonds (Medical Facilities of
America, XIX-FHA Insured Project}, Series 1992B for the benefit of
Medical Facilities of America XIX (19} Limited Partnership, A Virginia
limited partnership (the "Partnership") which is the owner of a nursing
home in the Town of Pulaski, Virginia.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA
1. In accordance with Section 15.1-1378 of the Code of Virginia of
1950, as amended, the Council concurs with the resolutions adopted by
the Authority on January 27, 1992 and on June 2, 1992, authorizing the
issuance of the above described bonds and consents to the issuance of
the Bonds by the Authority.
• 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of June, 1992, by the recorded vote
of the Pulaski Town Council as follows:
