RESOLUTION N0.94 - 28
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE TOWN COUNCII. RULES AND PROCEDURES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, sitting in Regular
Session on November 1, 1994, that the Town Council Rules and Procedures adopted February
19, 1991 are hereby amended to include new paragraph G 4 , to read as follows:
G. Voting
' 4. Upon the request of a Council member, any Ordinance or Resolution under
consideration shall be read aloud. In the absence of such a request, the reading aloud of
such Ordinance or Resolution shall be deemed waived without the need of an express
waiver by the Council.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and adopted by duly recorded vote of the Town
Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, on this 1st day of November, 1994 as follows.
