HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-32• • RESOLUTION 94-32 A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING ENTRY INTO THE GREAT AMERICAN MAIN STREET AWARD COMPETITION BE TT RESOLVED that the economic health and cultural vibrancy of downtown Pulaski, Virginia is crucial to the overall well-being of the Town of Pulaski; and, BE TT RESOLVED that the Town of Pulaski is interested in the economic well-being of its citizenry and community at-large; and, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Pulaski wholeheartedly supports and, through its revolving loan program, small business assistance program, financial contributions to the revitalization effort, and commitment to maintaining all local government offices in the downtown area, materially participates in efforts to revitalize downtown Pulaski, and, BE TT RESOLVED that the Town of Pulaski believes that downtown revitalization efforts in the Town of Pulaski will promote economic development in the entire area; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Pulaski fully supports this entry into the Great American Main Street Awards competition.
