CONCURRING IN THE PROPOSED FINANCING OF THE EXPANSION
OF THE RENFRO FACII.ITY
BY THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PULASKI COUNTY
BE TI' RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, sitting in
regular session on January 16, 1996, that the Town Council does hereby concur with the
inducement resolution of the Industrial Development Authority of Pulaski County dated
January 15, 1996, relating to the proposed expansion and construction of a facility for
Renfro Corporation.
This resolution is intended to satisfy the requirements of Section 15.1-1378 of the
Code of Virginia, as amended, and to evidence the Town Council's consent to said
Authority's participation in a project within the Town boundaries.
This Resolution is effective upon its adoption and is adopted by recorded vote of
the Town Council as follows:
