RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
WITH MAGNOX PULASKI, INCORPORATED
ON ACCEPTANCE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in Regular Session on November 19, 1996, that the Town
Manager is authorized to execute, in the name of the Town, a Memorandum
of Understanding with Magnox Pulaski, Incorporated, in the form attached
hereto (with any changes approved in open session and shown in the
minutes), regarding the Town's acceptance of industrial wastewater from
Magnox Pulaski, Incorporated. Said Town Manager is further authorized
and directed to execute such other documents reasonably necessary to
carry out the terms of said Memorandum, including but not limited to the
Escrow Fund documents referred to therein.
This Resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted by duly
recorded vote of the Town Council on November 19, 1996 as follows:
